We have been building toys in Chenghai — the district that supplies a large share of the world's plastic toys — since 2006. Two decades in one place means we know which moulders can hold a tolerance, which testing lab will actually fail a batch, and what a container of water guns really weighs before the forwarder tells you.
What we actually make
Three lines, not thirty. Electric water guns, remote control vehicles and characters, and educational / activity toys. Staying narrow is deliberate: it means shared tooling, shared component suppliers and a QC team that has seen the same failure modes a thousand times. How an order runs
Specification and quotation
You send the model, quantity and any packaging requirements. We quote factory-direct pricing, MOQ and the testing cost for your destination market — separately, so you can see what each part costs.
Sampling
A stock sample goes out before any tooling commitment. For OEM work, the pre-production sample is the document that matters — it defines colour, packaging and function for both sides.
Production and in-line QC
Electrical function, water-tank sealing and battery charging are checked during the run, not only at the end. Bulk QC runs for seven days before packing so a fault pattern has time to surface across the batch.
Testing, packing and shipment
EN71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA testing depending on destination, then export cartons and a loading plan. We hand over the test reports and packing list with the shipment documents rather than after you ask.
Audits and certifications
Social compliance audits and product testing are different things, and buyers often conflate them. A BSCI or SEDEX report tells you how the factory treats workers; an EN71 or ASTM report tells you whether a specific model is safe for a specific market.
